Learning to filet a fish

My husband brought the kids fishing last week and Saturday morning.

And he also thought my son how to filet a fish on Saturday.

So Alexandre received his first homeschool lesson of the 2011-2012 year.  Well, make that his 2nd lesson as he did a babysitting course last week…  *grin*

He was giggling the knife on the board and his first lesson was not to do that….  *grin*

They had caught many fishes during the morning. Alexandre received one of the smallest one for his first lesson.

Poor fishy…   This will make small filets.    Apparently the fish was dead after being hooked so they couldn’t throw it back in the lake.
